- Manage alpaca records
- Track breeding programmes
- Maintain herd information
- Collaborate with authorised users
- Buy, sell and advertise alpacas where permitted
- Participate in community discussions
Prohibited Activities
You must not:
Platform Abuse
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Circumvent security controls
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Interfere with service operation
- Use automated scraping tools
Fraudulent Behaviour
- Misrepresent animal ownership
- Falsify pedigree records
- Falsify health records
- Create misleading sale listings
- Impersonate another person or organisation
Harmful Content
- Upload malware or viruses
- Publish unlawful content
- Publish defamatory content
- Harass or threaten users
- Promote hate speech or discrimination
Commercial Abuse
- Spam users
- Send unsolicited marketing
- Harvest user contact information
- Resell platform access
Marketplace Standards
Where marketplace features exist:
- Sellers must have authority to sell listed animals.
- Listings must be accurate and current.
- Buyers and sellers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
- Alpaca Guild is not a party to livestock transactions.
Community Standards
Users must:
- Treat others respectfully.
- Communicate professionally.
- Resolve disputes in good faith.
- Respect intellectual property rights.
Enforcement
Alpaca Guild may investigate suspected breaches.
Actions may include:
- Warning notices
- Content removal
- Account suspension
- Account termination
- Reporting unlawful activity to authorities
